Youth Prevention and Education Programs

Asian American Recovery Services, Inc., develops and provides strength-based models of prevention and education programs to youth throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. These programs provide a wide-range of diverse, culturally-competent services including educational presentations, life skills development, asset development, mentoring and much more.

Santa Clara County:

Project CHOICES –
Educational presentations on pregnancy prevention, sexual health and at-risk behaviors for high school females in the City of San Jose.

San Mateo County:

Project LAKAS –
Integrating developmental assets into school and family environments for Filipino families and communities in Daly City.

Project STAY SAFE –
Like skills, mentoring and asset development for middle and high school students in Daly City and Pacifica.
