services targeting Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Recognized
nationally, our programs and services have served as models for other

Adult Substance Abuse Treatment Services (ASATS) –
Managed care outpatient services in Santa Clara County.
Project CARES (Connecting A/PI’s to Resources, Education and Services) – Providing
culturally and linguistically competent Psychosocial Case Management
services to Asian and Pacific Islanders living with HIV/AIDS.
Community Health Alliance Teams: CalWORKS Services (Project CHAT) –
Integrated multidisciplinary teams that provide comprehensive, wrap-around services to CalWORKS participants.
Project SUC KHOE MOI ("New Health") Intensive Outpatient Program –
Intensive outpatient services targeting CalWORKS Vietnamese adult clients in Santa Clara County.

Asian Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (Project ADAPT) –
Intensive outpatient services for adult clients in San Francisco city and county.
Asian American Residential Recovery Services (AARRS) –
Residential treatment services for adult clients in San Francisco city and county.
Lee Woodward Counseling Center (LWCC) Intensive
outpatient substance abuse treatment services for women, specifically
with outreach to pregnant women and women with children.
San Mateo County:
Outpatient Drug Abuse Services for Asians (ODASA) –
Outpatient services for adult clients in Daly City, with Filipino language service capacity.
Outpatient Drug Abuse Services for Asians-Intensive Outpatient Program (ODASA-IOP) –
